    Group A (OAS, OPS, OFS): Basic pay is ₹56,100, with a gross salary around ₹65,000-₹67,000.

  • Can OAS become IAS?

    Yes, By cracking the OPSC CSE, an OAS officer can get promoted to the IAS cadre.

  • How many attempts for OPSC OAS Exam?

    In the OPSC OAS exam, the number of attempts depends on the candidate’s category. General category candidates can appear a maximum of 4 times, while candidates from Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) are allowed up to 9 attempts. For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, there is no restriction on the number of attempts.
